National polls have Huckabee only getting 35% to some Dems. I highly doubt the end result will be anywhere near that. In NY, everyone knows Dame Rudy and Clinton, but not everyone knows Obama. NY has a partisan voting index of +20 Dem. Presidential candidates usually get about a 10% boost in their homestate.

Unless we have an election like 1984, no dem is going to lose NY even if Dame Rudy is the nominee.
