55% of Democrats want change - only 22% of Republicans
The latest national poll, shown on MTP this morning, shows that Democrats want "change" over "experience" by 55% to 33%. If that is true, then Obama is running on change and Hillary is running on experience.

Conversely, the Republican want "experience" over "change" by 77% to 22%. What are we to glean from this numbers? Republicans are happy with the status quo? Democrats want change?

Is the next election going to be an election for change or for maintaining the status quo? What does it say about America if the voters choose to keep the status quo?

4. RFK said 80% of Reps are undeducated Dems, ie the dumb vote.
This poll would seem consistent with that theory.

8. The "independents" are a wild card..
We should not assume they will vote with the Democrats, just because George W Bush has opened their eyes with his incompetence. Most "independents" lean toward the Republican or the Democratic Party. By calling themselves "independent", they have an excuse not to vote their Party line whenever their "party" screws up. However, they would prefer a 3rd Party candidate in that event. That is why they are so unpredictable.

7. Not surprised.
I guesss the other 78% of Repiglicans were too busy raping the poor to take the survey.
