That music on Tweety's intro is making me NUTS!!
Evidently, he's trying to make the horse race really exciting with a breathless summary of who's hitting who how, all the while this short loop of "important news" music is repeating over and over and over and over again. I know I'm extra sensitive to musical sounds (I literally leap for the mute button when certain ads come on, can't stand to go to one Asian market because of its loud Korean disco music, etc.) but did anyone else notice this?

I'm sure we'll start to see bigger, splashier, more annoying graphics for the elections soon too. (Stephen Colbert should riff on this whole 'production value' election hype.)

1. Are you talking about the POWER NUMBERS??
And that whole really $&%*^ANNOYING#($*% segment where he tells us WHO is going to win the race and why??

Yeah, I noticed, and turned it off.

2. I kind of reflects his personality
it's loud, irrational, bordering on psychotic theme music.

3. These "productions" have gotten stranger and stranger
The pseudo-hypnotizing graphics that are constantly moving -- pure visual bombardment (I'm thinking Wolf Blitzer and his hundred screens). And audio bombardment.

It is either pure desperation or they are deliberately trying to create confusion/fear/distraction.

Probably both.
