What's the weirdest thing you've noticed about Dodd?
The white haired candidate, although reasonable on most everything I can see, is an odd character sometimes. His voice sounds like he must call out names, like "Shirley" or "Gladys", a lot. "Hey, Shake it, Shirley Baby", or "Glom onto me me, Gladys". I don't know, perhaps my brain has flatulence. I have to relieve pressure sometimes. I'm about to be invaded by Turkey Day house Hooligans, and I have so much to do, that I feel I will go quite insane.

2. He ends most of his sentences with the word "here".
"The Republican party is at fault here."

"..And don't call me Shirley here."

4. He says "here" a lot!
Just listen the next time you watch a debate. He says "here" at the end of his sentences entirely too often.

Not that there is anything wrong with that here.

6. His spanish accent--it's an interesting mix, the way he speaks Spanish.
He's very fluent, but his mixes his staccato English delivery into his Spanish and it comes out in a rather unique fashion.

8. Really?
I never noticed. I'll have to check it out, unless they tell him to go stuff it for the next one, like they did Grqavel!

9. Close your eyes and
he sounds just like one of those brash reporters in a 1940's movie.

Open your eyes and your mind and he makes a lot of sense and seems to be on the right side of nearly everything. :)

10. Nothing that weird, best I can come up with, he was dive-bombed by flies in TWO debates so far, and

he's had sex with Bianca Jagger. (That was a long while ago.) I'm one of those who actually like his voice.

11. It's the hairspray on his pompadour that attracted the flies. Not sure about Bianca Jagger.

13. His poll numbers
For a man so experienced and talented (and with the IAFF behind him) he should be doing better. In another year he probably would be. In a tough year of big names I'm not sure there was room for both Dodd and Biden in the fight.

Biden DID say to Dodd's sister though, that if he couldn't get the nomination he would support Dodd.

I like them both!
