I'm not criticizing his tactics, and I'm not condoning playing dirty. I'm just commenting on how surprised I am that he's fighting so hard.

job is to ungentlemanly to be suitable. I don't think he wants the job, I think he wants to do good things for his country and the world.

6. I didn't say that, and I don't believe it
you seem to be both denying that Obama wants the job, and defending him for it.

5. I agree with the observation that Clinton's ambition is well-known.
I don't know why anyone would roll on the floor laughing at that observation.

4. From McClurkin to Mudslinging to Bob Novak, Obama's sunk below even GOP standards,
Perhaps he's thinking of a McCain/Obama ticket?

7. From her IWR and Kyl-Lieberman votes to planting stories with Drudge & Novak, Clinton isn't credible
But what can you expect from a Democratic candidate who has fundraises with Rupert Murdoch?

12. Who planted stories with Novak? Not Hillary, maybe
Rove? He plants a lot of stuff and still is. Obama should grow up and so should some DU'ers. Ready to believe anything to suite yourself.

21. Maybe Obama and Novak worked together on this one?
They both have a psychotic hatred of Clinton.

10. It's harder for Richardson
He's not a natural. I actually see him putting himself through more struggle than any of the others.

11. actually, I'm starting to sense
that he knows he's not going to get it and that he's not as into it anymore. Edwards is getting frustrated but sticking with it and proving how much he wants it. Hillary, well she was plotting her campaign in the womb.

16. Could be the interests that support him want it badly, too. He's got a campaign staff
that wants their guy to win. And, it's their job to buck him up...as it is with all candidates. Even if they blunder sometimes.

18. I assume that anyone who runs for the presidency must want it badly...
Otherwise, why bother paying all the filing fees and kissing ass for campaign contributions?
