Bush thanks you for your third party vote.
By doing so, you will honorably enable the ending of abortion, four more wars, and an amendment that will bury sacreligous Gay marriages for good. You will assure that those who make >7 figures will have a sheltered and prosperous living which they so dearly need in order to truly run our nation. Also, you will make sure that the Literal Gospel is spread to every corner of the country, and only its TRUE word will be accepted! But lastly, you will make sure that the world know that we are the boss, we are the Master Race!

Congradulations citizen of the Reich!

Vote Bush or 3rd in 2004, there all the same to us!

I agree with you on that. I'm glad you wrote this. I hope people realize the seriousness of this coming election and that this is the most important election in years and it's important that we get a positive outcome...that a Democrat shall be president.

2. Good For Democracy
A third party won't hurt the Democratic Nominee (DN).

The people who vote for a third party are voting, which USA needs. They will never vote for the DN anyway.

The GOP is in danger of revolt from within. A third party _may_ draw votes from them.

7. It sure hurt Al Gore in Florida.
People have the right to vote as they wish. But they sure shouldn't whine about Bush if he squeeks by again because there wasn't a decisive and clear win for Dems.

Plato may have been right, on further review.

10. The draft ...
... don't forget the draft will be back! (Too bad it couldn't just apply to Bush & 3rd party voters!)

Of course, higher state and local taxes, too!

Gas prices over $2/gal.

More outsourcing, downsizing, and slave-wage jobs.

11. Darth Nader....
May not run. I heard on Keith Olbermann's Countdown that Nader may be instead creating a run for an issue advocacy focus, change, awareness etc. movement, but not a run at the top job. This is all just speculation though. At any rate, He would have to have a huge ground force just to get his name on the ballots in most states. without the support from the Greens, he has little chance of 2000 like turnout.

25. Wellstone wasn't pro-life his entire career.
In addition, Kerry was more liberal than Wellstone on issues like the environment and same-sex marriage, while they were both the same on others, e.g. the Patriot act.

29. so bush supports progressive taxation???
theyre his DAMN tax cuts! I think his tax cuts are a horrible idea, its ok if you like them, but I think we should restore funding to states so they can lower their REGRESSIVE taxes.

This whole idea of keeping the middle class tax cuts is pure dem spinelessness. Bush gave 300 dollars to middle classs thereby forcing states to take 500 from them.

Others would like to raise taxes on the middle class. There is no reason to remove the child tax credit, cuts for low wage workers, and the marriage penalty.

24. Non-voters are far more damaging than TP voters
So don't rag on those who will go third party, they weren't going to vote for The Ham Sandwich (D) any way.

Get up and go convince a non-voter to vote Dem. Then you're actually accomplishing something.

33. A-frickin'-men.
Bush's place in power is a serious threat to this world's very existence. In financial context, in environmental context, in nuclear context.. this man is too dangerous to screw-around with whining because the Dem nominee isn't 100% true.

Further, if you think a protest vote is going to force the Dems to move back leftward, think again. Look at the past three years; those Nader votes really worked in achieving this goal.. (/s) :eyes:

There's an electric chair waiting.. it's made for retarded people and small children. You can make that reprieve phone call before the switch is thrown at midnight.

There's a smokestack scrubber just waiting for the Supreme Court to declare the EPA regulations on it unconstitutional. Are you ready for the increased cancer and lung disease rates?

There's a jail cell just waiting for those who sodomize each other in the privacy of their own homes. You hold the key.

There's a hospital bed waiting. It has straps on it to hold the woman down for her forced medical procedure. This medical rape can be stopped.

You can call this "browbeating," "strongarming," "pressuring." Call them what you want in attempting to rationalize an unwise vote, but realize that these scenarios - and many more - are the truths of this situation. A third party vote is basically a big middle finger to those who need you the most. Don't think of your anger at the nominee for disappointments he's brought; think of the people in this country and around the world who will forever be thankful to you for saving them from these horrors.

here is a little logic... if all dems voted for a candidate that was not Reich-like you would not have this linguistic masturbatory session on Du and I would not be pointing it out, in fact we would probably be smiling about how bad bush is going down, instead the dems are backing some sorry ass Reich-like candidate and then calling everyone a f'n brown shirt... suck my rhetoric!
