If the Democrats want the troops out of Iraq, all they have to do is require the Republicans to pay for it. Never in our history has a leader taken us to war at the same time he was giving taxcuts to his wealthy friends. At present, we are about $800 billion dollars in the red. Somebody has to pay for it. It is immoral for the Republicans to ask our children and grandchildren to pay for it.

Democrats must insist this war be paid for. Not just the $50 supplemental, but also the entire $196 billion supplemental. The argument that we should deficit spend during "war" is a bunch of malarkey. Not only should the Republicans have to pay for the $196 billion supplemental, they should also be required to pay for the other $600 billion they have squandered in that unnecessary and ill-advised war. At the same time the Republicans are voting against our own children and our own nation's infrastructure needs, they have no problem helping the people of Iraq, their children, their education, whatever they might ask for. It's time for it to end. It's time for it to end.

I agree, it´s time for it to end. Both Democrats and Republicans are responsible.

May I remind you, it´s not a war, it was and still is, an ATTACK, an INVASION.
