Donate to Dennis, for Our Kid's Sake
I am asking you to donate to the Kucinich for President Campaign...for your children and all children.

There isn't another presidential candidate like Dennis Kucinich. He didn't just lead opposition in Congress to the Iraq war -- he is the only Democrat running for president who proposes specific cuts in the bloated Pentagon budget that would allow billions to be invested in education, environmental cleanup and national health insurance for all.

It's a peace dividend toward our children's future.

Kucinich proposes a new foreign policy for our country so we can honestly tell the world that we want to be their partner in peace, not their leader in war.

He is the only Democratic candidate who protested in Seattle alongside environmental and labor activists against the World Trade Organization, and who believes the fight for a sustainable environment means a fight against a global trade regime that drives environmental standards downward across the planet.

That's another transformation that must begin now for the sake of our children.

If these are your values, then support the candidate who is speaking up for our future.

It's easy to donate online: https://www.kucinich.us/contribute.php

Let's invest in our children and a candidate who stands unwaveringly for peace, sustainability and economic justice.

Fear Ends
Hope Begins

2. I gave Dennis 250 bucks
He appears to be the only one that will allow us to marry the love of our choice.

5. And THE only one who would protect that right at the federal level
I don't know how anyone interested in justice or equality would NOT choose Dennis.

He is so great. Wow.

10. "the only one that will allow us to marry the love of our choice"
The same rights for all, no special rights for anyone. What a concept, huh? You'd think equal treatment under law was required by the Constitution or something.

To me, this issue is the same sort of litmus test for political leadership that that Eisenhower faced with Little Rock High. Ike passed it by sending in the paras. I suspect Kerry and Edwards would have flunked it.

One of the things I appreciate most about DK is that he doesn't equivocate or try to have it both ways with these 'controversial' issues. We always know what's in the parcel.

11. Equal Protection...Imagine That
What's the government doing in the "marriage" business anyway?

All the government should care about is whether both parties get their mail at the same address or not.

Okay, I'm getting a little punchy now. Maybe it's time for bed.

6. I did what I could
I made a donation -- haven't done that since Jerry Brown in '92!

I'm in until there is no other choice.

7. When my two young children are older
I'll be so proud to tell them I supported Dennis this year. :)

You're so right, an investment in Kucinich's campaign is not going to pay for lavish hotel rooms, it is not going to be used for attack ads on other candidates, and it won't go towards echoing any of bush's disastrous policies. Money invested in Kucinich's campaign goes directly towards making a better future for all of us.

8. In for a pound.
Can't have that Tony Blair taking all the pounds, now, can we?

But DP, I'm doing this for my grandkids and my great grandchild, not my kids.

My kids need UNIVERSAL SINGLE PAYER HEALTH INSURANCE.

9. So do you!
I hope your leg is better and your propane tank is full.

Why is it that so many politicians don't understand that we are only as well off as a nation as the least among us are?

Dennis knows. Dennis understands. Dennis fights.

12. I can't, unfortunately
I'm already up to the limit, which is the first time in 38 years of adult voting elegibility that that has happened. Haven't phoned or done doorbelling since 1972, not even for Nader (and that was because no one ever asked me to).

13. I must be close to my max, but I find myself wanting to do more
I've door-knocked, and flyered, and phoned, and visited Iowa, and written about Dennis and electability, and just about anything else that's been asked.

I can't imagine doing this for any other candidate, I really can't.

No one inspires me with hope for the future of the nation and the world like Dennis does.

14. Keeping Dennis in means keeping the debate on the issues
Reject the urge to focus only on the "horse-race" mentality that's meaningless in the primary, anyway.
