Biden is actually looking like somewhat less of an a-hole than usual.
Joe Biden is the worst opponent we could have in the general election. The union guys who will never vote for Hillary would vote for Biden in a heartbeat. Thank goodness he has no chance of getting the nomination.

1. Yeah, people are starting to notice that Biden is

the most competent-sounding guy up there.

And that's saying alot.

3. I lurked in pol chat last night

and people started to notice both Biden and Richardson. The consensus was that Kucinich said the right stuff but looked too weird to vote for, that Obama wasn't very big on substance, that Edwards was having an off night, and that Hillary's claque should have been a little more restrained, they weren't making her any friends. There were also a couple of positive comments on Dodd, and people mentioned him more than once as a generic VP candidate.

These are all people who pay attention. Other than that, they're probably a decent cross section of ordinary folks.
