Talking about North Korea and Iran.

Brzezinski says that the three European nations, France, Germany and the U.K., support sanctions, but are privately telling us, "Don't you start a war!"

On Kyl-Lieberman. All you need to know is where Kyl and Lieberman stand with their neocon ties and Liebermans' talk of "World War III." He added that our "global leadership wold be in grave jeopardy if we go to war in Iran."

On Pakistan. Pakistan is not a satellite of the United States, and that it is a lose-lose situation. We cannot have security, stability and democracy all at the same time, and that we need to back off or make things worse--while democracy is nascent in Pakistan, but the army is in firm control of the country.

And his parting shot, "I'm for Obama". Joe really didn't want to hear that, did he. And yes, I know ZB's son works for Obama's campaign, but coming out of his mouth, it was great!
Mika has said before her other bro is a rethug; I'll bet their Turkey dinners are - ahem - interesting!
He's a smart, thoughtful man; it was great to see him!

she takes no crap from Joe! One could see the love and respect she had for her dad. I think Brzezinki is one of the smartest men in the world and I do believe he knows what he talks about. It was a fasinating discussion this morning.
