Poll question: Post-Debate Appreciation Poll: Who's your candidate at this point?
Edited on Fri Nov-16-07 12:04 AM by Katzenkavalier
Mike Gravel has been dropped off given his absence on the last major Democratic events.

3. He was great tonight.
And he did what I thought he needed to do when we were talking about this yesterday.

4. No change - Kucinich
Edited on Fri Nov-16-07 12:04 AM by mvd
He did very well and I would have likely given him an A+ if he had more time. Edwards does not seem the same lately; I wonder if the pressure is getting to him. I will not abandon him as my #2 yet, but it's getting closer to a pick-em for me after Kucinich.

10. Trust me, I understand your frustration! Dennis did GREAT tonight, regardless
of the paucity of time allotted him. I was sitting here going "right ON, Dennis!"

I'm glad the World At Large got to hear a little more of what he had to say. That's all it takes to get someone to start paying a little more attention...

13. I agree, and Biden did equally well IMO
I gave Kucinich and Biden As. I don't call myself a hard or easy grader; I go with what I think they deserved. If that comes across as easy sometimes, fine. There are a few things keeping me from elevating Biden to my #2, but I like Biden more after seeing his intelligence and command of his positions in these debates.

Have a good night! :hi:

7. Well this is why I do not vote in this type poll because
as I suspected it is top loaded with Obama and Edwards supporters and they have a right to vote, but after tonights debate and HRC chopped the legs off both candidates I would assume you might take another look at your candidate. The debate for all pratical purposes was over after the first 12 minutes.

The Obama camp must still be reeling after he tried to answer a simple yes or no question with a 10,000 worded diatribe and HRC chopped him off at the knees with a simple NO answer.

Kinda funny the same issue that tripped HRC in the last debate also tripped up Obama and you know when someone is looking foran answer when one has to go into a long worded speech.....The question was a simple YES OR NO.

My candidate has been and remains HRC.

I do thank you

14. I'm not reeling at all
One debate is surely not reason enough to give up on a candidate. I said I thought Clinton performed the best tonight, but why on earth would that cause anyone to reconsider their candidate choices? Did you give up after the last debate? Of course not.

John Edwards has lost some ground here at DU.

9. Gravel
I'm voting for Gravel. He wasn't mysteriously absent from the last several events--he wasn't invited.

11. I know - and here goes my tired old refrain, but it's always the fucking money.
That is just so WRONG in America. I'm so sorry.

(I LOVE Gravel!)

21. Edwards is still my favorite of the "top tier"
However, I like Biden, and wouldn't mind if this debate gives him some positive movement. I still plan to vote for Kucinich in my state's primary, as I'm sure the nominee will already be chosen by then, anyway, so I'll get a chance to vote my conscience.
