The Reviews Are In: 'Her Most Commanding Performance,' 'Knocked Obama and Edwards Back'
http://www.hillaryclinton.com/news/release/view/?id=4232

DAVID GERGEN - HILLARY CLINTON SHOWED SHE IS 'PASSIONATE ABOUT WANTING TO BE PRESIDENT.' "You've got to be hungry for this, and Hillary Clinton is clearly hungry. She's passionate about wanting to be president. You don't have a sense that he wakes up every day saying I'm going to take this away from her and I'm going to be president. You just don't have that sense of inner fire, that fire in the belly that we like to talk about in politics."

TIME'S MARK HALPERIN GAVE HILLARY THE BEST GRADE OF ALL THE CANDIDATES.

THE ATLANTIC'S MARC AMBINDER: HILLARY 'GAVE HER MOST COMMANDING PERFORMANCE TO DATE': "Tonight's debate will probably stop the talk of a huge momentum swing away from Hillary Clinton... Clinton had the most at stake tonight, and she arguably gave her most commanding performance to date."

NBC NEWS' CHUCK TODD - 'THIS DEBATE WAS ABOUT CLINTON EFFECTIVELY FIGHTING BACK':

TALKING POINTS MEMO'S JOSH MARSHALL - HILLARY 'CAME OUT AGGRESSIVELY, AND BASICALLY KNOCKED OBAMA AND EDWARDS BACK:' "She came out aggressively, and basically knocked Obama and Edwards back."

AMERICAN PROSPECT'S GARANCE FRANKE-RUTA - 'SHE'S BACK': "Clinton is back in business, and she's feeling fine."

CNN POLITICAL ANALYST JC WATTS - 'I THINK SHE DID VERY WELL'

HOTLINE'S JENNIFER SKALKA: 'CLINTON HITS THIS ONE OUT OF THE PROVERBIAL PARK:' "Clinton hits this one out of the proverbial park. No doubt. ... 'I'm not exploiting anything at all. I'm not playing, as some people say, the gender card here in Las Vegas. I'm just trying to play the winning card.' 'They're attacking me because I'm ahead.'"

ABC NEWS' RAELYN JOHNSON - 'I'M HARD PRESSED TO THINK HOW SHE COULD HAVE ANSWERED THAT BETTER.' "Again Campbell Brown gets to ask Clinton the tough question -- the gender card...I'm hard-pressed to think how she could have answered that better."

1. Well all the corp interests PLUS Repub J.C. Watts convinced me! NOT!!!!
Hillary did not win. She just did more of the same not answering questions.

Even though the debate hall was full of Hillary BAckers, EDwards still told the truth and did the best job laying out the Progressive Agenda.

3. This is what I was saying and posting in here beginning
last week that HRC would come out like a bear, a damn grizzley and take charge of this debate. Folks this debate was over after the first 12 minutes when she went for Edwards and he looked like a deer caught in the headlights and when she took on Obama from the get go and controlled the exchange therein lied the debate. Later on when obama could not answer the simple yes or no question and had to go off on a tangent with a 10,000 worded response and all HRC did was answer NO! She chopped Obama off at the knees.

It was refreshing to see HRC do this and we that support HRC knew ahead of time she would come out like a bear, a damn grizzley and she did. So I am happy for HRC.

Ben David
