17. I loved how he pointed out that $97,500 is not middle class to HRC, it's top 6%.
I thought he did great and I'm not even backing him right now.

3. I was surprised by the outcome
I thought Obama did better, even though he is not my candidate.

Hillary got the most attention. She got a great line in about because she was ahead.

The audience was really biased. Both Obama and Edwards started to make some good points but were cut off by the audience! This is the wierdest thing I have ever seen in a debate.

I can see now what the rules USED TO BE that the audience stay silent while candidates answers. Both Obama and Edwards noticed the audience and were affected by the audience. They were probably taken aback by it. It was just so wierd.

Never have I seen candidates (plural) pretty much censored by an audience during a debate.

However, I think when it came to substantive points, Obama did better. Hillary did better at getting her sound bites in. Which, apparently, was all the audience was interested in.

There was a long time during the debate when I wished the contest was between Kucinich and Biden....

My favorite part of the debate was Dodd's stomping on No Child Left Behind!

13. Does there need to be a "Winner"?
Shouldn't the idea be to see which candidate matches your values and priorities, so you can decide who to support?

Shouldn't the poll question be "Which candidate represents your views the best?"

14. Obama was really awesome, I am not surprised...The guy IS articulate and more importantly he comes
across as an honest person...Who is telling it like he sees it.

You can tell that what he is telling you is truly the way he feels.

16. Interesting internet poll. Even though it's non-scientific, the current results are surprising.
Obama way out in front as to winning the debate.

Hillary and Biden practically tied for second place.

Edwards way down.

I don't put much stock in internet polls, but they are little markers not to be ignored. And this is a poll by the network that hosted the debate.

The surprise here beating Edwards.

I will want to see how this "poll" looks by the end of the day.
