Help with e-mail from a right-winger

Just got an e-mail from a right-winger wanting me to sign a petition asking Bush to veto a bill that "the Senate voted upon recently which would allow illegal aliens to access our Social
Security."

I'll admit that I have had some health problems and haven't keep up with the news as much as I usually do, but it bothers me that I don't know to what bill this e-mail refers. Someone please help me out with this one.

Social Security Changes

It does not matter if you personally like or dislike Bush. You need to sign this petition and flood his e-mail box with e-mails that tell him that, even if the House passes this bill, he needs to veto it. It is already impossible to live on Social Security alone. If the government gives benefits to 'illegal' aliens who have never contributed, where does that leave those of us who have paid into Social Security all our working lives? As stated below, the Senate voted this week to allow 'illegal' aliens access to Social Security benefits. Attached is an opportunity to sign a petition that requires citizenship for
eligibility to that social service.

3. This has been out there

Aliens whether illegal or not, if they are employed they pay into Social Security. Illegals often pay into stolen numbers. That means that somebody could collect payments while somebody else earned it.

So it's a great scam and no wonder right wingers want to make sure those who worked for it don't collect it. The best part is (for RWers) it's even racist.

Republicans whined because they found it impossible to survive on $162K alone ... even with the free health care and all their freebies ...
