Visualize President Romney. C'mon, close your eyes and
Edited on Tue Nov-13-07 12:10 PM by cali
imagine President Romney's State of the Nation address, and his televised oval office adress to the nation, not to mention his press conference announcing his choice to replace Justice Stevens. Now visualize President Guiliani addressing the nation to announce to his "fellow Americans" that "tonight we have commenced the bombing of Iranian nuclear facilities with bunker busters".

After that exercise, I hope you understand exactly why, clothes pin in hand, if neccessary, I'll be in the voting booth early on the first tuesday in november voting for the democratic candidate for president, whoever it is.

Yep, when it comes to the presidential election next year, I'm as yellow dog dem as you can get.

I'm still feeling nauseous from having written those words.

5. I'm actually not really trying to change minds:
It's just a public service announcement kind of thing. A reminder that just having to deal with 4-8 years of seeing either of those two guys in those situations, is more than just horrible.

6. Good! You won't be disappointed then!
It is pretty horrifying to think of 4 or 8 (!) more years of republicans destroying the Exec. branch. I'm cautiously optimistic for our chances though.
