Barack Obama, recently came out in favour of the Peru deal, while Joe Biden announced his opposition.

13. I'd like to know Biden's full rationale for being against this?
Especially in light of his "Yea Bankruptcy Bill" vote that will dog him for the rest of his political life. :shrug:
