5. Age is only an impediment if it is associated with infirmity

or noticeable mental deterioration. If the older/younger person has the wisdom, the judgment and the love of country to serve -- why not? I must add that, while not that old, FDR was not in good health and died as a result of this poor health while in office. Yet FDR was one of our best presidents. A younger man can be in worse health than an older man.

I think the Constitution clearly lays out the age difference on who can and cannot run.

10. It does, but that still doesn't mean that you're to be trusted
Don't trust anyone over 30. It makes it a lot harder to be surprised when politician aren't completely forthright.
