Barack Obama, as himself! He said he was comfortable with himself and wasn't going to change who he was just because it was Halloween. He came to Bill and Hillary's Halloween party in a Barack Obama mask.

He closed the skit by saying, "LIVE FROM NEW YORK, IT'S SATURDAY NIGHT!"
