Kerry and the Veterans
Edited on Fri Feb-20-04 11:27 AM by KurtNilsen
I noticed one interesting fact from the Wisconsin exit polls.

Kerry had no more support from veterans or veteran households than Edwards. What does that mean? Why doesn't his "band of brothers" flock to him? Particularly veterans who are democrats?

Added on edit: Kerry won both among veterans and non-veterans. He just did not to any better among the veteran grouping.

5. he also didn't campaign as much there
he took 2 days off to go home to boston after the virginia and tennessee primaries. edwards was campaigning all that time in wisconsin. and kerry also spend time to campaign in nevada which also held elections. edwards also spent much more money than kerry. kerry still kept his lead from the huge support from minorities.
