Comcast has taken C Span 2 off my lineup.
They say C Span 2 has gone to digital. They say if I come to their office and get a converter box and pay a few more dollars a month I can once again get them. Comments? Is this happening to anyone else?

3. C-Span 2 was removed here a few months back.
I can still get sound, but no picture. If I could get anything else, I would.

7. Everything except local is digital on our cable
We have extra movies, Starz and HBO. The cost is 60 dollars a month. And we get one free digital box because we take Starz. Starz is nothing spectular but with the discount it saves the cost of the digital box. The price did not change when Media Com bought out our local broadband.

9. I think Comcast is doing that to all their customers
Edited on Wed Oct-31-07 09:51 AM by rocknation
even if they have only basic cable service, like me. I've read the posts here about MSNBC being moved--all I lost was was Court TV and the American Movie Channel, whew!

I got my box just last week, and in additional to all my previous basic cable channels, I now get all three C-SPANs, Sundance, Current, ESPN News, second tier MTV/VH1, and On Demand movies, program, and music video. It's only costing me two dollars more a month because I have their high-speed internet access, too.

I guess it's more cost-effective to have all of the customers digital now.
