10. He's improved since 2004, though
In that primary he thought medical marijuana users should be arrested. Sending the wrong message to young people is a far easier sell, I'd say.

15. Obama supports decriminalization of the "soft drugs."


He was lauded on the McLaughlin Group a few weeks ago for his strong stance on this and addressing the inequities in sentencing and overcrowding in jails.
