1. The only chance ANY Republican has in California is if
that electoral vote split initiative BS would pass...The initaitve was originally dead, but corrupt Rethugs brought it back..But it is a VERY flawed initaitve & should be defeated in court & never, ever make it to the ballot.....

Only the legislature can determine how electors are chosen...If the Founding Fathers wanted direct elections they would have never created the Electoral College in the first place...

It would be tied up in the court for years...
