CBS News: Putin to Bush re Iran - Don't even think about striking Iran
Not in those exact words, but the message was clear. Clear enough that I now feel there will NOT be a U.S. strike into Iran, especially since Putin has the backfire bombers flying in Cold War bombing patterns.

Hey Dubya....how's the "I can see into his soul" shit working' out for ya?....Asshole!

2. Well, thank God somebody put his foot down.
This crap was getting ridiculous. If it was up to George, he'd start a new war every weekend just because.

AND IT'S NOT LIKE ANYBODY HERE WAS GONNA STOP HIM.

11. It has to take a Russia or a China to stop this madness
In addition to not thinking I'd ever wish we had Richard Nixxon back as president and John Mitchell as AG, I thought I'd never want to see Russia or China making aggressive moves towards the US. Now I'll take both of the above.

7. I've thought this all along, that Russia AND China will
Prevent W from starting another war, a war that quite possibly would be WWIII.

Things have really gone Through The Looking glass, when we're looking to Russia and China to prevent WWIII from being started.

13. Ditto here. I agree 100% with your post. I've also seen the new
cold war starring Russia, China and Iran vs. America and nobody else.

12. I've been saying that Russia won't allow the US to strike Iran...
Edited on Tue Oct-16-07 08:09 PM by Kahuna
And if bush isn't sufficiently fearful about what Russia will do he'd better recognize that China will have Russia's back.

On edit: This is another thing that Al Gore was right about when he debated dumbo.
