Dean Supporters For Edwards, Check In!

I was an Edwards supporter before Dean captivated me...and now that he is "out" I'm back o the Edwards wagon.

I blame KERRY for killing Dean. And I don't like Kerry, either...for many resons, most of them issue-oriented.

Any transgender person who supports Kerry...I don't understand.

Anyway, I would like to know how many Dean supporters will now jump on Edwards wagon...hopefully enough to send Kerry packing!

it's useless and ridiculous to blame kerry or any other candidate. especially since we have to bolster them (and at the same time pressure them to stand true) to get rid of bush&co.

the tragic is that america's many "establishments" are just not ready to move over for someone like dean. americans are beginning to wake up but most are still pretty drowsy.

the miracle is that dean did not metamorphose on his positions, but that he is choosing to metamorphose his movement around his positions. keep an eye on what's going to be happening now: we are going to coalition and pull together a major movement of progressive forces.

move over, republican-look-alike democrats!

and edwards? yes, he's got some great potential. a straight talker.

I like Edwards, but if it's Kerry, I'm going to support him, too.

This isn't directed at you, mermaid, this is just a general vent in the direction of DU, after reading several threads this morning.

It amazes me that some of the people here who thought this election was some sort of popularity contest, complete with childish statements along the lines of "My candidate is better than your candidate, naah, naah, naah naah naah!" and "I can't vote for your candidate because you were mean to me on DU!" - the same people who showed such devotion to Dean - now refuse to respect the opinion of Dean. Here is a man with a wealth of experience, both in life and in and around politics, and he is backing the Democratic nominee. Yet these wise popularity contest participants decide, no, if they don't get to go the the prom with Dean, they will stay home and get drunk. I don't get it.

Kerry is NOT evil.

Kerry IS evil. As far as I am concerned...if he does not support a transgender-inclusive ENDA...and he supports the FMA...and Kerry deifintely opposes the inclusive ENDA and appears to favor the FMA...then, in my book, he is EVIL!!!

I liked Edwards from the minute he announced his candidacy. Later I jumped on the Dean bandwagon and started a student chapter, but I've always hoped Edwards would get it. He shall make Karl Rove crap his pants...
