1. Yup. "If Gore was president on 9/11 he would have filed a lawsuit." Heard that shit 1000 times.

That was a shocking gaffe from Romney, and like most gaffes involved telling the truth. The president does have dozens of lawyers who advise him on what's constitutional, and they should be consulted before one starts a crazy-ass war.

Sorry Mitt... nobody forced you to be a republican.

which we have to get down, because it can destroy a candidate.
