Our candidate will have been selected and there will be a few idle months when the news media will be looking high and low for stories to cover.

This is usually the exact period of time when Republicans routinely pull out their noxious bag of dirty tricks.

But you have the chance to steal their thunder, Harry.

Preempt them this time with an ethics committe drama to end all ethics committee dramas.

Televise it, if Senate rules allow. Imagine a LIVE set of hearings into the character of Senator Craig: the news media will lap it up and it will be the lead story in all the electronic media, except for Fox.

Hit 'em hard Harry. You've been handed a gift box that few political strategists get in their entire lifetimes.
