Winter Soldier in the mid to late 1970s, I think. It gave Viet Nam vets a chance to tell stories of the atrocities committed over there, mostly to hold the government responsible for the position they put our troops in.
The right wingers are trying to discredit the Winter Soldier investigation and also claim Kerry was responsible for war crimes.
They are nuts.
