Who should I support now? Kerry or Edwards?
With Dean out, I am not sure which candidate I want to support.

Kerry is better on the environment which I do care about alot. Edwards is better on job issues such as NAFTA and workers' rights. And considering that he grew up poor, he may have better understanding of these issues.

What do you think?

1. I'm a Clarkie
he gets my vote in the primary. I'll support whoever wins the nomination after the convention. Dean asked his supporters to still vote for him in the primary to keep his message alive.

2. I will vote for Dean in the primary. That is my voice.
It means the campaign is *suspended*, not ended. The grassroots effort is going to focus on sending delegates to the convention that will support our agenda.

3. Edwards - Kerry is a member of Skull and Bones
and refuses to disown his membership in this elite and secret club with BOTH Bushes.

I do not trust Kerry at all.

options, and increase their cultural, political and economic power is their labor.

This is NOT how Bush and his cronies get their wealth and power.

Edwards's entire campaign is about allowing people who only have their labor to sell to realize a full and fair share of the wealth they create for society, and make sure that it isn't all transferred up the wealth ladder to Bush and his cronies.

This is THE issue of 2004. It isn't the environment. It isn't even just health care. All those issues fall under the umbrella of spreading power down to people who work for a living. That's what Edwards is all about. It isn't what Kerry is all about.

12. How does your theory support Gephardt's demise?
clearly he was more pro-labor than Edwards, all be it less telegenic.

13. Gephardt was sort of incompetent. He may have gotten up every morning
of his life trying to fight for the working man, but, by the end of the day, the results weren't what he expected. During his tenure in congress, American became more of a corporatocracy, and the working got fucked over worse and worse every year.

Time for someone new, competent, energetic, and popular to give it a shot.

5. The fact of the matter is
Their positions on issues are fairly close. The primary difference between the two is priorities. Edwards focuses on jobs, poverty, and to a lesser extent the racial divide in this country. Kerry focuses more on foreign policy, health care, and the environment. But both are pretty strong on the others issues, they just do not promote them as much. Which one matches your priorities? Answering that question answers your question.

Full disclosure: I am an Edwards supporter.

6. If you want to cast your vote for change in the Dem party
continue to vote for Dean or switch over to Kucinich.

If either Kerry or Edwards gets the nomination, he will be able to do so without the votes of Dean, Clark, or Kucinich supporters.

You do not have to assist in a coronation unless you want to.

9. If you want environment and labor in the platform, vote for Kucinich
Kucinich, whether he wins or not, needs to have a voice at the convention so he can fight for us.

10. My problem: I oppose the coronation of Kerry so I've gotta vote Edwards
to try to STOP the DLC (which I despise) coronation.

7. read as much as you can about them
Go to C-Span online and watch them speak.

Watch the debates over the next few weeks.

I personally encourage you to consider John Edwards for President.

His vision for the economy and the economic welfare of ALL American workers is superb.

See http://www.johnedwards2004.com/economy.asp for many of his new ideas and plans.

Secondly, the policy differences on the environment are incredibly minute between Edwards and Kerry when they are compared to the current administration. BOTH would be worlds better than bush on the Environment.

8. Edwards seems to be listening more to Kucinich.
I think Edwards might be quicker to fix some of his objectionable positions. Besides I like what Edwards has been saying about the unlawful detentions lately.

14. As a fellow Colorado Democrat
who just lost my candidate, my choice is to be officially nuetral. I don't really care for either of the choices we have left, and there's an excellent chance that there won't be any choice at all by the time it gets to Colorado.

I might change my mind, if I see alot of Clark campaigning for Kerry, or it looks like there's a really good chance that Clark would be on the ticket, and it looked like Kerry was in trouble.

Otherwise, I have found that it is much more relaxing to be neutral at this point, and no longer have to chew on my knuckles during every primary.

It would be really nice if we still had the opportunity to vote our heart here, but the repukes took that away when they took away our primary.

I feel like we've been doubly disenfranchised here in Colorado.

Where are you in Colorado?
