Don't Let the SEC Roll Back Shareholder Voting Rights

AFSCME won a lawsuit giving shareholders the right to nominate candidates for corporate director elections. It’s called "Proxy Access." It gives shareholders a real choice. Now the SEC wants to overturn AFSCME's hard fought victory.

Tell the SEC to protect shareholder rights and reject the Proxy Access proposals.
