1. Of all the accidental snippets

I personally heard on the radio while driving, THAT was the most satisfying. You felt like we still a country of laws or something.

Of course, that jumps away from the slow track building of a more hopeless coalition to go the certain route to enactment. What it does it throw the gun and gauntlet on the House floor and it can happen at a time of great risk to the WH. Might even slam them back on the war. Might.
