Jim Ryan: N.H. Will See More of Biden
<State Rep. and New England College Professor Jim Ryan has been an active Democratic grass-roots organizer for a number of years in New Hampshire. This campaign season, however, he's been concentrating on serving as the chairman of Democratic Delaware U.S. Sen. Joe Biden's New Hampshire campaign.>

snip

<In a recent interview with NHpols.com, Ryan discusses his political roots, the challenges that face the next president and why he thinks Biden is the person who will get things done.>

snip

<Why did you decide to go with Sen. Biden, over the other candidates?

"I have a proclivity to go for the smartest guy in the group, and the guy who will buck trends, and also the guy when I close my eyes and envision an important meeting with leaders around the globe, I see him representing me.">

snip

<The key for Democrats seems to be mixing experience and change? How have you been telling people Biden will do this?

"If you look at the Violence Against Women Act and his participation in passing that, if you look at his proposal during the Clinton Administration to add 100,000 , if you look at his resolve in Bork nomination, if you look at , I think you will see someone who can balance the foreign and domestic agendas.">

3. I like where he says
he can "envision an important meeting with leaders around the globe, I see him representing me."

I have said almost the exact same thing.

4. Agreed. That plus the cops on the street legislation
that reduced crime during the Clinton admin.

All of these things are so important. He would bring so much to the WH.
