11. Uh...hello. You might want to educate yourself first before asking such a question. In case you
are not aware, Meet The Press is in the midst of a "Meet the Candidate" series. They have already had some of the Presidential candidates on, and they are going to continue to do so.

Why are you and others here on DU acting like it's something out of the ordinary for a Presidential candidate to be on the talking heads shows?

It's very disingenuous, at best, to act as though the MSM has endorsed Clinton and is not giving equal time to other candidates.

Again, Meet the Press is in the midst of a "Meet the Candidate" series....All you have to do is suscribe to their email alerts, and you will be alerted every week as to who they are having on their program each Sunday.

20. Didn't mean to be snippy...but we went through this very same subject here on DU last night
With people expressing some level of outrage that Sen. Clinton would be on the Sunday talking heads shows....as if it's something out of the ordinary...as if no other candidate has ever appeared on one of these Sunday shows.

And I'm sorry, but the outrage by some DUers just seems to be phony and disingenuous, especially when many of them already KNOW that other candidates have been on these shows.

I don't see any outrage when other candidates (i.e. Joe Biden and Barack Obama) appear on these shows.

Yet, when Sen. Clinton appears, all of a sudden there is a need to bring back the fairness doctrine?

I thought DUers prided themselves in living in the reality-based community?

23. Um - yes
Today was the fifth in a series of MTP's "Meet the Candidates" series. They've already featured Biden, Edwards, McCain and Richardson and they plan to do the same thing with all of the candidates.

Tim Russert said this at the beginning of the show.

This is not some nefarious conspiracy to push Clinton . . .

14. MSM talking points...

Is it momentum or money HRC has?

Thanks for filling the void!

Believing the so-called "polls" is similar to believing in Santa or the Easter Bunny.

Unless the "Poll" is placed in context, the exact questions that were asked are revealed and the supposed respondents are somehow chosen randomly, "polls" are only propaganda and generally created and publicized only to be misleading.

Interesting post in another thread yesterday from someone asked in a current poll about who was their favorite Democratic candidate for the 2008 presidential nomination. The choices offered were only the corporate approved candidates, Kucinich wasn't even a possible response.

Not surprisingly Kucinich doesn't do very well...

22. Yeah...
That tends to be her weakest line of answers. She tries to duck, bob, and weave through a response...with all that "if I knew then what I know now" blather. Very little accountability there.

I'm wondering if people care about her war-mongering in the lead-up. Some here at DU surely don't.
