Local governments are constantly complaining that illegals are over-burdening their social services, including health care. Then, when the federal govt provides funds, the exact same people turn around and say Democrats are taking money away from grandma to give illegals health care.

Democrats can't win.

I guess her plan could be interpreted to REQUIRE them
to PURCHASE insurance, just as it would require HOMELESS
citizens to do so.

That's her plan- People with no jobs who live under bridges
would be LEGALLY REQUIRED to buy health insurance.

"Citizenship" is WAAY down the list of things that are WRONG

13. My admittedly superficial understanding of the plan is this:

Everyone would be required to buy health insurance as a condition of getting a job. With no health insurance, you can't be hired. So, I guess, you'd need two kinds of ID: Social Security card and health insurance card.
