Especially on Hillary's list. IMO, this is the in your face attitude, we need. What do you think?

4. It would be the same with two blacks on the ticket
We should be elated because the country is more than willing to vote for Hillary and Obama... but one step at the time...

2. I agree -
been pushing Sebelius forever. However, I originally wanted a Gore/Sebelius ticket but that doesn't look like it is going to happen.

Clinton/Sebelius would be totally cool and totally bold.

10. When i watch all these rank and file republicans on
C-Span, Guilliani is mentioned and they scream.

Yep, he has to do some work in Iowa. Gop have their ways.

I thought all along it would be Mitt but so many states
have moved up-Guilliani can run a "straight"--directly
across the US--Ny and Califrornia.

Hilary can do the same thing. but she is doing well in
early states.

23. Money is no problem for Guilliani--He is almost right up there
HRC and he did very quickly.

The Chrisian Coalition has agreed to subordinate the
Cultural Issues to the Greater War on Terrorism.
This gives their rank and file the freedom to vote
for a "leader in the war on terrorism". They say
for now and into the future Terrorism trumps the Cultural
Issues." This helps Rudy more than anyone else.

We all know Rudy doesn't have a chance and Fred Thompson doesn't really have one either, he's just been over hyped.

8. Two Women just might be more than the voters can take
No disrespect on Sibeliues. When we can, is it not better
to keep Good Govenor's in place.

We have to think electability ticket.

No matter how we may feel about Guilliani, he has an aura
of leadership. The GOP will capitalize on this.

We need a strong ticket.

And as for the "in your face" attitude, are you serious? I really rather spend less time trying to annoy Republicans and spend a little more time trying to either get them to see the light or get them out of office.

Oops. She wasn't born in the U.S., so she can't ever be either president or v.p.

Never mind.

Like Schwarzenegger, this makes her ineligible.

Even the Beltway Boys at Fox find her attractive Democrat.

18. In your face, America!
When is the last time that ever worked?

Sebelius could be an interesting choice for Obama, just as Obama or Richardson would be interesting choices for Clinton, but, if either wins, I expect either Clinton or Obama to play it safe and go with a white guy. Why? Because this country (read: white men) can only handle so much change at once, if at all.

19. That kind of reasoning, is like saying the Sears catalog developed the west in the 1800's and
the pioneers would have stayed in St Louis. Or, we would never have elected a guy with polio in the 30's.

20. Calm down, Mr. Bold
it's a prediction, not an endorsement. Two women on the ticket isn't wise, but a female/minority ticket in whatever order would do just fine, imo. My suspicion is it won't happen.

28. Governor Sebelius would help us no matter who our nominee is, IMO.
Edited on Sun Sep-16-07 09:40 PM by Old Crusoe
I think she's just great.

Also we would be instantly competitive in otherwise red Kansas, and it would ricochet another benefit as well: Ohio. many people in Ohio know and respect Kathleen Sebelius. Her dad used to be an Ohio governor -- John Gilligan.

She'd be a very persuasive choice for our veep nom.

with a few more specifics than an "in your face attitude."

Seems to me Kansas has a lot of that- and most of what I read is none too palatable.
