MSNBC is referring to exit polling -- anyone see the polls they're citing
anywere? They're not giving the numbers while the polls are open, but they're divulging interesting details, like half the voters made up their mind in the last week, 75% of Edwards supporters made up their mind in the last three days, etc.

1. I predict Edwards is within 10 points
All of the networks seem intrigued by the exit-polling.

2. Call me crazy, but I think Edwards may have won.
In my heavily Republican area in Delafield, I heard DOZENS of people saying they would vote for Edwards because they liked him better than Bush and the other Dems.

5. "I think Edwards may have won."
That would put the primary season in a tizzy. I would like to see it so we can end the talks of anyone dropping out. If Edwards could win WI than anything is possible in the weeks ahead.

7. Was that FROM the repubs that you were hearing that?
Did you have any other issues on the ballot today that would have attracted the repubs to the polls, or did you only have the Presid. race? We had only one county-wide referendum on the ballot - and no other races, so I'm wondering how many repubs actually showed up to our polls today.

Milwaukee, on the other hand, had some other major races going on (mayor, Co. something or other) so I would think that the Repub turnout would be fairly high there.

10. OMG, if he did, it's a whole new ballgame.
Back to Square One. Edwards would be on every talk show tomorrow morning, and would dominate the media leading to next Tuesday. And it could give the other candidates hope as well, that Kerry has not clinched it yet.

But we must wait and see; false hope really sucks.

4. This might be good news for us.
Hopefully the last minute newspaper endorsements of Edwards helped persuade some of the "Kerry is the most electable" voters.

6. Help me
I had the t.v. on in the other room.

Is Kerry getting some negative coverage and Edwards positive coverage?

Also, does Kerry now support drilling in Alaska?

Disd he refuse to debate Edwards one on one?

12. I haven't seen it, but I think Edwards has hope.
I heard something about people voting for who they like and anti-nafta. That's good for Edwards.
