Which is pretty damn embarrassing given a) that the Bush dollar has been headed south against other currencies, such as the Euro and pound, and b) Venezuela, like other petroleum exporting nations, is enjoying a boom from high oil prices.

I hope all Hugo supporters are investing their IRAs in Venezuelan bonds.
