Poll question: How do you feel about Dean now?
From all the DEMS Dean struck my chords the most...from the very beginning...When I realized he couldn't win simply because not enough Democrats shared his (and my) views as they were I understood that I would have to vote for any Dem.

Hell Lieberman would still be better than Bush (though just slightly) but still better...

Sure I wanted Dean but most of Democratic America does not...so I vote for who I think can win...

I still respected Dean when I made that decision though...but now...I am starting to feel more and more like Dean is just being illogically stubborn and has very little grasp of reality left....

What do you think?

2. what chances?
If Kerry loses, Hillary wins the 2008 nomination, unless something freaky happens and Giuiliani beats her in 2006 in her senate re-election. I have a feeling though she wouldn't run for re-election and concentrate on running for president after her term is up.

11. That's an IF right?
We are going to have an election aren't we? Or just a coronation.

3. I voted number 2.
And I resent the hell out of the tone of this post, if for nothing else due to the implications about other lower ranking candidates.

Howard Dean should either stay in the race or ally himself with the only other anti-war candidate left with a prayer.

5. what "tone" is that?
Please explain because I just re-read my post and I see nothing that implies a particular "tone". Maybe "ABB" but I don't think that's necessarily a bad "tone"...just an opinion...

I was a firm Dean Supported (and contributor) but I won't stick my fingers in my ears and yell "LA LA LA LA LA LA LA" when statistics are staring me straight in the face....

If Dean wins I'll vote for him, if Kerry wins I'll vote for him...if Kucinich wins...hell I'll vote for him...

What I won't do is vote for Bush directly or by proxy....

4. Why bother voting for Kerry?
Heck, he's already leading Bush in all the national polls!

He's winning the general election already!

Why bother voting at all?

6. I just feel sad. He was my man. He shouldn't have talked about
breaking up the media because that's when "the worm turned" w/ help from the DNC and DLC (they never wanted Dean).

8. He picked the wrong campaign strategy, and he wasn't even the right
vehicle for the message he chose to deliver.

9. What amazes me is that anytime anyone says...
...word one critical of one of the annointed of the DLC, they get pounced on, but this kind of COMPLETE SHIT has been bandied about for MONTHS, and there's not a word. And you wonder why we're angry...

Catch a fuckin clue. Why don't you put up a similiar poll concerning all the other candidates who are so unfairly keeping Kerry getting his crown quicker...

Pffft, I shit on this thread. A big stinky turd right here, because this is a toilet that serves as substitution for discussion of issues in the "democratic" underground.
