Even FauxNews.Com Is Leading With The Rethug Toilet-Sex Story
"GOP Senator Busted in Airport Restroom Sex Sting" reads the headline.

And half of the reader comments on Gonzales' exit say "good riddance".

I guess Sir Rupert's really broken up with the Republicans... but who could Sir Rupert possibly cozy up to next?

1. Even Faux can't resist a Republican sex scandal.

2. I guess that even gay lewdness is preferable to talking about Gone-zo

By the way, the bust took place on June 11 and guilty plea and sentencing took place three weeks ago--why wasn't the media covering this story then?

3. They Didn't Cover It Because
The media didn't cover it because this Republican only
1. Peeked through the crack at the undercover cop who was sitting on the toilet.
2. Sat on the throne, tapped his foot, then played footsies with the undercover cop, a known sign which means 'gimme some seeexxxxin'?
3. The next step was something about tapping signals...ordinary every day, not worth reporting sex signals, I guess.
4. When rousted he pled guilty and paid a fine because...um...why was that again?

Although the whole situation falls under the category of weird, I guess this is common behavior for Republicans in bathrooms, at least in Minneapolis, so the media didn't bother to report it. Besides, pleading guilty? We all know he didn't mean it.

4. So Craig is news, but Cheney on the DC madam's list isn't?
Sounds like Craig fell out of favor with BushCo Inc. since they aren't covering up for him.
