3. How much Amaretto are you drinking??
I mean, I love Amaretto but it takes about 6-7 glasses for me to catch a serious buzz. The alcohol content isn't that high in Amaretto. Sure you're not mixing grain alcohol in it??

5. uh no
Now if McCain wants to let his inner liberal out and switch parties after the election, then that's okay by me. As it is now, he tends to kow-tow his party's line way too much, even though he occasionally drops hints of being more progressive than he actually votes.

6. Won't happen -- McCain is a partisan Republican.
Won't happen -- McCain is a partisan Republican.

He quietely took the Bush gang's political "bullet" in SC in 2000
because he's a loyal Republican.

15. I like McCain's integrity
and he's willing to stand up to Bush quite often. I don't think though, he's willing to run against him.

16. This was the headline in my local Freeper free weekly newspaper
Edited on Tue Feb-17-04 01:11 PM by Rhiannon12866
The "editor" is always publishing editorials that are behind Bush* and the administration 100%. Last summer he published a long article criticizing Bobby Kennedy Jr. who appeared locally to give a talk on water pollution. He called Kennedy a "child of privilege" and seemed to think he had a lot of nerve telling the rest of us what to do.

Actually, I like McCain. He appeared on "The Daily Show," recently, and really skewered the Republicans. But he still says he's supporting Bush*. I just don't get it. As for a Kerry/McCain ticket? It isn't going to happen.

on edit: changed word

17. McCain/Lieberman as indys
would be a powerful ticket many places. I actually think they would be a pretty successful 3rd party run. I'd never happen, and I'd never vote for either of them, but I'd see Holy Joe as a better fit for a crossover ticket like that.
