I'd vote for ANY Democrat before I'd vote for a Repuke!
I wouldn’t give a fuck if a Democrat walked around flashing his balls in public. He’d still get my vote over a republican.
That’s the kind of Democrat, I am.
If you’re not, that’s fine, but remember this, if all you naysayer’s make good on your insanity, and throw your vote away, and we get another Bush in the White House, we’ll all know who to blame.

Back any Democratic candidate you want; that’s what this is all about, but stop the unnecessary flaming of the other Dem candidates.
And, in the end if your guy or gal, don’t win, stand tall and vote for the DEMOCRAT who did.

BE A DEMOCRAT!

We may not be the best, but the most insignificant derelict Democrat, is better than the best the repukes have to offer.

Peace:dem:

1. Nah, people would rather spend time slamming Dems that are or aren't running.
Unfortunate isn't it?

Thanks politicasista.
Let's hope it's temporary.

6. You're welcome
I hope it's temporary, but it looks like things are going to be even nastier this time around. :hide:

3. Which is exactly why we have a Congress at 18% approval right now.
Blind party loyalty ain't helping us. Neither is abject acquiescence to this corrupt two-party system. The Dems never feel threatened from the left, so they have no reason to do one damn thing to address our real issues.

7. And those are the Dems we need to replace!
And I believe that rating is meant to show the Repukes our dissatisfaction.
And yes, there are other parties.
But, you know as well as I do, no third party candidate will do anything but siphon votes from someone else.
And, I’m not blind, but perhaps you are, because lets face it, realistically brother, we have to win in '08 or it's over!

4. There are other parties beside Republican and Democrat
My late mother, a FDR Democrat, voted Socialist in 1972 because she didn't like McGovern.

16. That was a protest vote!
And I respect that.

I just wonder how she felt about it after Nixon?

And with all due respect, this isn't 1972.
Take a good hard look around you.
This country is in the worst trouble she's ever been in.
We need to stand together on this, we the people, or she will surely founder.

UNITE PEOPLE - UNITE!!!

Peace!

is still a thousand times better than the best Republican.

It's the Republicans that flash their balls in public.

Cheers.

12. My Pet Rock (D) would get my vote
The rock would have a higher IQ than some of the more "inspiring" examples in the US gov. right now.

"If the right honorable Senator got any dumber, we would have to water him twice a day."

-paraphrased from one of Molly Ivins'(RIP) books.

13. There are always progressive third party canidates who could use the support....
A candidate doesn't get my vote based on the (D) next to their name alone.

15. But would you throw it away?
Would you vote for someone knowing their chances were slim to none, given these dangerous times and knowing what you know?
If so, I have to scratch my head.
Even the lesser of the two evils is better than a Romney or a Giuliani in the White House!
These are desperate times my friend.
:nuke:
Peace be with you
Peace be with us all...

19. And what are YOU banking on?
Another eight fucking disastrous years of Repuke rule?

If you don’t mind, I’d like to see this country survive!!!

EARN YOUR VOTE?
Do, tell, how can they earn your vote? Or would they even want it, when you threaten to piss it away anyway.
You guys, do what you want to do! But, do us all a BIG favor and stop the charades!

If you love this country and want it to continue to exist, you’ll use your brains and do what you know is our only hope for survival.
I’m done arguing.
Damn, I sometimes feel like I’m sitting in a nest of right-wing vipers.
Maybe it’s time to move on.

Peace
