In his health care speech, Giuliani mentioned "Democrats" 6 times; "Uninsured" zero times

An analysis of Giuliani's speech in NH introducing his specifics-lacking health plan has proved it was an opportunity to attack Democrats, instead of finding solutions to help the uninsured in this country. The term "socialized medicine" was mentioned 9 times. Not once did Rudy even mention the "uninsured".
Here's the analysis from the American Prospect.

The writer begins the story like this, "I'm supposed to be writing about Rudy Giuliani's health care plan today. And I would, if Rudy Giuliani had a health care plan."

1. Repukes don't offer any solutions, only cutting - and then when they're
questioned, they ask - "Well, what's the Democrats' plan?" - which allows them to get their ideas ...
