As long as Kerry keeps winning the majority of delegates, this thing will be decided on the first ballot at the convention.

He's likely to get beaten miserably in the general election.

He's got Dean disenfranchisement to deal with, a room full of documents in the Senate to pick apart (this has already started), the media in a holding pattern on the bimbo eruption and 200 million will be raining down on his head.

While I think some of my meet up group will support the eventual nominee, I know a portion of the "green" element is feeling pretty bad about what the DLC and the media have done to Dean. We'll see.

Too bad that the idea has been conveyed and received by many that Kerry is more electable. This is a myth, which will be fully exposed in the general election. Vote for who you like, not who the media thinks will win. Not only may they be wrong, most likely the evil-souls at the heart of this electability ruse "know" they are wrong about Kerry.

6. Kooch had a delegate before Washington, and picked up one there...

he had 18% in one Congressional district...and the Maine count still isn't finished...looked like there that Kerry would go down and DK would get 5 delegates if he stayed above the 15% level, and he was at 15.5%...

I have not seen that anywhere here on DU.

Last I have seen DK had 16% of the vote in Maine, but he may still not get a delegate there because he did not have enough delegates sent to the state convention.
