whow.

.......While boasting she won't let cancer control her agenda, Elizabeth Edwards has confessed that in her spare time she is writing a letter with practical advice, a sort of guide to life, for her children to read after her death.

And at each stop on campaign trail, the first question she gets asked by people pressing around her, as well as by reporters, is inescapably: "How are you feeling?"

1. "Confessed"? Is it some kind of sin?

I wish Elizabeth all the best and I hope, with the best medical help available, she is able to beat the cancer. If that cannot be, then I think it is beautiful and moving for her to write letters that will speak to her young children in language they are now too young to understand and will only be able to appreciate later.

(edited to correct spelling typo)

6. It makes sense for anyone in her situation...
...health-wise, to write letters, a diary, or whatever -- I'd throw in doing some videos of yourself talking to them.

Hopefully she and her doctors will recognize if campaigning proves too exhausting. In the meantime, she's made a choice of how to spend her time, a choice that is hers to make, and good on her I say. I only hope that she beats the odds and recovers; it does happen sometimes.
