kucinich speaks with clarity and credibility!! no wonder the media is keeping him invisible when ever they can.

his presence and his issues raise the level of the whole discussion.

1. I finally get the Kucinich thing. He's REAL.
We can't have a real person running this country, now can we? Someone who can answer a straight question? Someone who tells the truth?

4. Congratulations!
It's kind of a shock the first time, the second, the third, when you realize the REAL part. Even after a year, it still gets me.

And we damned well CAN have a real person running this country. It's still open. We can still do it. And Dennis will not go away. He's on the front lines for us long term.

Can you imagine him as the nominee? They wouldn't be able to only cover KerryEdwardsDean and stfile his message of hope!

WE WANT KUCINICH!

10. watching MSNBC: no mention of DK!!! death by media!
smug faced commentators with their superior laughs set my hair on fire!!! I enjoyed the whole debate; i really enjoyed the humor and in your face words of al sharpton. i appreciated the civility among the democrats toward each other.

comentators trying to whip up negative furvor re: sharpton acknowledging bush's credibility problems.

13. I think they know he's serious.
That's why they give him no coverage. Might open too many folk's eyes.

15. dk is consistently marginalized by media, even when he
came in third in WA and Maine. I can't help but think it is intentional and a reflection of how electable he is (or would be if the general public was exposed to him). how can we overcome this issue?????

6. He is that.
I recently had a chance to go see and hear him in Nashville. I wanted to size him up. See if he is what I thought him to be. I was not disappointed. I couldn't help smiling the whole time and occasionally interjected a "yep" or "thank you" during the question/answer with press and public.

7. I really like him.
He got me when he said we needed to change our lifestyle, and completely rebuild America's economy. We need to get big on alternative energy FAST, and this is the only guy I hear making the point!

Why do people think we fight wars, anyway? Resources. I don't want anyone to die just so I can live like a King, driving Humvees and living in a 10,000 square foot house. That's not what my Mama told me America was all about. We don't have a God given right to pillage and loot the entire world just because we're Americans!

I love the America I read about when I was young. I want it back.

8. It's times like that that remind me why I support him
He spoke eloquently, forcefully and with such passion and truth that he made me stand up and applaud on several occasions (kinda silly sitting here by myself).

GO DENNIS GO!

12. He did GREAT!
And wouldn't you know it, Scarborough and his cronies IGNORE him, still!

He really is straight up on everything-- he doesn't dance around, or parse things, but just tells it like it is, and makes us imagine what could be.

He's a superior candidate, and will make a GREAT president!

14. I agree

Sharpton was by far the funniest. Kucinich was by far the BEST speaker.

DEAN was by far the WORST speaker. He is not that much better at speaking than Bush is.

16. I'm 100% for him - but these debates only allow a glimpse of the real DK.
If the format allowed for more substance, complexity and depth, & was less oriented towards sound-bytes and showmanship, Dennis would move straight to the head of the class. His strengths lie in the evolved nature of his thinking, & in the coherence and consistency of his world view.

The format of the current debates gives great advantage to sound-byte artists, & obscures other qualities more truly reflective of depth and substance.

As an aside: Sharpton is doubly unusual, because he NOT ONLY is a master of the sound-byte and lightning-fast witticism, but ALSO manages to hit very lofty themes in his 60-second responses. IOW, he is so extraordinary an orator, that he can be hilarious and powerfully substantive, at the same time. Dennis can match or outdo anyone on substance - but no one is Sharpton's equal in mastery of the 60-second format.
