Ed Koch ‘bailing out’ on support for war.
Ed Koch ‘bailing out’ on support for war.

Last year, former New York City mayor Ed Koch attacked war critics for their attempts to “weaken the president“:

There is something terribly wrong with people seeking to demean and weaken the president in war time, thereby strengthening our country’s enemies. As a result of the language and tactics of those opposed to our presence in Iraq, our enemies have been emboldened, believing the American public to be sharply divided on the war, and in fact at war with itself.

But in the Politico today, Koch bails out:

I’m bailing out. I will no longer defend the policy of keeping U.S. troops in Iraq to assist the Iraqi central government in the ongoing civil war.

Koch Shows His “Pride”
Pride Shows Him What's Up

While current mayor Mike Bloomberg marched in the gay pride, former mayor - and forever homosexual - Ed Koch stood on the sidelines.

According to our friend David Segal, Koch wasn’t looking too proud to be there. No surprise, of course: Koch spent years in the closet, even during the first wave of the AIDS crisis, which he’s been accused of blatantly ignoring in an attempt to keep his sexuality under wraps. He may not have come out publicly, but it’s well known Koch likes cocks. Unfortunately, not all the cocks like him - someone lobbed an unidentified substance at the former mayor. Here are a couple more somewhat gratifying, somewhat depressing and entirely entertaining pictures of him cleaning up his mess…

I'm sure that I saw him on some program very recently talking pro war. It's about time that old fossil got a clue.

6. Ed can just bite me.
He is dead to me, as far as I'm concerned.

'Bipartisanship is another name for date rape' -- Grover Norquist

Ed Koch is just another example of mealy-mouthed middle-of-the-road bi-partisan "moderate" bullsh*t gone wrong. Proves the Norquist quote in a graphic way.
