Last night someone suggested "firing a shot" across the bow...

of Republicans regarding the Presidents assertion of sweeping new presidential "executive powers"...
This is incorrect and the anology is faulty.Our current executive is way past warning shots or recalls to sanity.A crazed and (at least) delusional executive will never be slowed by mere warning words or gestures by those so lowly as his percieved electorate...
In point of fact,this is what is required-a torpedo amidship that breaks the back of his plans....the last several times this happened (read:Warergate Or Iran/Contra,read October surprise when a candidate committed treason to gain election) we left survivors in lifeboats and they have returned to oppose democracy AGAIN...Cheney, Rumsfeld, And so many neo-con actors are nothing more than the detritus we could'nt bother to kill that we damn near DESERVE them.
So this time we need to do the dirty kind of stuff we don't like- This time we need to strafe the lifeboats...the rats are already jumping-but (as we have seen) unless killed they will return...Cheney and Rumsfeld of the 70's are echoed by the supposed "minor players" we ignore now.
It IS tiring-so many violators and then the law...but if we had bothered in the 70's, then the rest of it would never have happened now...

I abhor violence.Each you mention were in fact reluctant martyrs...though I feel each was willing to sacrifice their life,I would bet none did so gladly...my choice for the currently powerful malefactors is that each should face the Hague-there is both an international standard and an international law-and wars of either aggression or acquisition violate them every bit as any aim of the Nazis.George Bush-Jaccuse.....Dick Cheney, you make the Nazis pale-you will be weighed-I love writing this-I may be dissappeared but remember I said this-in the fullness of time,they will be weighed and found wanting.

I know from experience that, when someone is deranged, whether from drugs or just the way they are, no amount of warning is sufficient. Not until you finally lose patience and knock them over the porch railing, face first into the hedges, will he allow his wife to lead him, confused and bleeding from the scene.

The disease is rampant and needs a cure, not a palliative.

5. Please stop blaming other

ordinary people for being ordinary people. It may feel good, but it does nothing to further understand the problem in hopes of finding a solution. There is a very informative book available for free download as it's copyright has expired. It has been a huge help to me in understanding what this government is about. Check it out....
