another, of which I have been completely unaware all these decades???

oh, wait, I keep forgetting that darth cheney is a law unto himself.

4. Well, scientists think much of the Universe is made up of invisible "dark matter".
So maybe Cheney belongs to the invisible, dark branch of government.
