For the record, Obama DOES NOT support the South Korea free trade agreement
Statement:

"Senator Obama does not support the South Korea free trade agreement in its current form," Obama spokesperson Jen Psaki tells ABC News. "He has serious concerns about the effect that the agreement would have on the American auto, beef, and rice industries, as well as the lack of labor and environmental protections in the agreement. Senator Obama is also troubled that the Bush Administration has not done more to help American workers who are losing their jobs as a result of the changing world economy."

Apparently, there are some Clinton supporters here who didn't get the memo and wanted to trash Obama. Maybe they forget that the Clintons backed NAFTA, the WTO, the China and Vietnam free trade agreements. Add that Edwards supported the China free trade agreement...after all, it's a small country.

:sarcasm:

1. Thanks for setting the record straight. But why let the truth stand in the way of a good smear?

2. Again, you are attacking me for not fact checking Jon Tasini???
That is hysterical. The only "progressive" with the balls to take on Clinton the last Senate race, and you think he (and I guess anyone who writes something on a left-leaning blog) must be fact-checked before they're quoted here.

3. Backpedalling is fun, isn't it!

Back...back...back...back...

Next time, before you cream your pants posting an Obama-bashing story bereft of actual facts, do some homework first. It makes for possibly learning something...

4. no "backpedalling" here. I don't know anyone here who fact checks op-ed and news sources...
Now, you will probably say you do. :eyes:

5. I do actually try to see if a story is legit before posting it...
Call me weird, but I look at things from both sides if at all possible.

I suggest you do the same next time.
