2. Cute. It's sooo tacky to care about the little guy.
Yeah, it's very funny to snipe about a haircut, but has any other major candidate--other than Kucinich, who's a friend of John's--done more for the little guy? He made his fortune fighting against big corporations on behalf of the downtrodden and he's been very vocal with his fight against economic unfairness. What other candidate has raised a cry against predatory lending? What other candidate has offered real initiatives to bring health care to rural areas? What other candidate has been as steadfast in supporting unionization?

Yes, he allows himself to live well, but he labors tirelessly and pours much of his personal wealth into initiatives to help those trapped in the cynical mechanisms of this country. Bear this in mind: he could live a much more comfortable life if he so chose, yet he sticks to his principals.

If he's shrewd and successful with his investments, how does that hurt others?

This guy really cares and has put his career and much of his fortune on the line to make things better for everyone. To slag him is self-aggrandizing hogwash.

Do you propose a better candidate?

5. Yet hear the wailing and gnashing of teeth
by this same poster when a legitimate complaint is posted about Senator Clinton.

Hypocrisy at it's best my friend. Good to see you around. I only wish it wasn't to even more assholish environment that last time 'round.

Hope it's all good in your world. :hi:

7. Edwards needs to use that line if he is attacked on TV or debates
"I could live a lot fancier if I chose to spend the rest of my life sitting on a board, or practicing law, but I'm using what I have to fight for those who's voices aren't heard enough", I'm sure he's said something like that at some point, but he should remember to say this always.. they attack him CONSTANTLY for being pretty and rich... yawn. I'm just more concerned if he really doesn't like gay guy still, lol... other than that, this guy should be president out of the people we have running right now (then Obama and Kucinich), I keep my fingers crossed for Gore and Clark though...

9. Your thinking like that pleases me greatly!

Because when all is said and done he is the last person that will be setting foot in the White House. America does not want him.

ON EDIT: I just love how everyone just ignores my other post in this thread. Talk about a elephant bring in the room.
