Kerry Impresses Voters at Forum
Senator John Kerry's presidential campaign came to Madison, where he received the endorsement of former rival General Wes Clark. Friday was the first time Kerry campaigned in the state since he announced his run for the White House last September. The Massachusetts senator answered questions from voters at a public forum, where he appeared with Governor Jim Doyle. There were no surprises in what voters wanted to know. They asked Kerry about his stands on job growth, health care, and the economy.

<snip>

After the town hall-style forum, we caught up with people from Brown County who made the trek to Madison to hear what the senator had to say.

"I was very impressed with Senator Kerry's speech," Lisa Noel, a student at Wrightstown High School, said. "It seems like he really understands the needs of the common man and what our country wants."

Lisa's dad agreed. He said hearing Kerry changed how he'll vote on Tuesday. "I was really impressed by him because he was so specific. He had a lot of knowledge about everything. He wasn't in generalities," Lyle Noel said. "I came here for Dean but I'm definitely now going to vote for Kerry," he added.

Kerry says he'll stay in Wisconsin to campaign up until Tuesday's primary.

2. LOL are you accusing Mick Trevey of WBAY-TV of making it up?
Why don't you just take a look at the video of the story?

Maybe it was all produced in a studio, just like the way they faked the moon landing. :eyes:

6. I make no accusations. I merely point out patterns.
And I do not believe the moon landing was faked. What I think is fake is the way the two political machines are arranging everything.

Just waiting for the other shoe to drop. :eyes:

9. The pattern is voters abandoning Dean and moving to Kerry.

You are welcome to believe that is evidence of a conspiracy if you wish.

10. This is how Kerry sealed the deal in Iowa
He came, he spoke, they asked questions, and they liked the answers.
It's no big mystery to me- the man is awesome.
